Cost parameter is included for future use with new pay-to-trade feature. If you are including locations in the template (typically for item pages), include the location parameter in the main template to keep the heading from breaking.

Creates an Trade table.

Parameter

Do not use named parameter for 1 ... x. The first Parameter will be automatically marked as 1, the second as 2 and so on.
