This template is for making tables of trade offers. Use it as follows:

Autumn's Rise

Cost parameter is included for future use with new pay-to-trade feature. If you are including locations in the template (typically for item pages), include the location parameter in the main template to keep the heading from breaking.

Add location only to the last entry.
