Radical Fish

Radical Fish is the mascot of Radical Fish Games. It has appeared several times during the demos and early access to announce out-of-character information related to the game's current state. It can currently be encountered after the boss of Rhombus Dungeon to announce the Final Challenge.

"Schneider", "Old Dude" and "Upbeat Girl"

Future characters who have yet to appear in the current Early Access version. Their codenames and concept art were revealed in the Radical Fish Games blog. The images showed that all three are Avatars, and they are of the Triblader, Hexacast and Pentafist classes respectively.

Manlea

Manlea is a gender-swapped version of Lea introduced for April Fool's Day 2015. The update announced the option to choose the protagonist's gender, and Manlea was featured as the new protagonist option. Although this was quickly revealed as a joke, the developers announced that they enjoyed the character's design, and Manlea, or a character based on him, may appear in a minor capacity in the finished game.
