There are six Heat Melee Combat Arts available to Spheromancers: two first-level, two second-level, and 2 third-level arts.

Flame Jab

A blazing thrust of fire piercing through enemies in front of you. Causes Burn.

Flame Jab is a heat-elemental, level one Melee-type Combat Art. It costs 1 CP to activate and 1 SP to use.

When using it, Lea steps forward and blasts enemies in front of her with a fiery jab, dealing damage and increasing hit enemies' Burn status meter.

This art has less radius than it's counterpart, Fire Whirl, but comes at the advantage of dealing more damage as well as the ability to Burn enemies. Because of this, it is generally more useful against single target enemies, such as Bosses.

Fire Whirl

Performs a fierce whirl attack, engulfing your enemies in flames.

Fire Whirl is a heat-elemental, level one Melee-type Combat Art. It costs 1 CP to activate and 1 SP to use.

Using Fire Whirl causes Lea to deal damage around her while moving forward. It is like a higher-damage version of Spin Dance.

This art is great for dealing with large numbers of enemies, such as Fleazers.

Blazing Dragon

Lock in enemies with 2 powerful strikes followed by a flaming air combo. Causes Burn.

Blazing Dragon is a heat-elemental, level two Melee-type Combat Art. It costs 2 CP to activate and 3 SP to use.

When using this art, Lea first strikes enemies in front of her twice, before jumping to the air and performing a Fire Whirl-like attack combo.

Calamity Trigger

Performs a fierce whirl attack, engulfing your enemies in flames.

Calamity Trigger is a heat-elemental, level two Melee-type Combat Art. It costs 2 CP to activate and 3 SP to use.

By using Calamity Trigger, Lea releases a wave of damaging firebolts in an arc in front of her, traveling a short distance before returning to her. After a short delay, she then performs a larger version of a Fire Whirl.

This art is very useful for dealing high amounts of damage to groups of enemies.

Ragnarök

The end is here. Draw in enemies, engulf them in an upwards fire whirl and end with a blazing ground explosion.

Ragnarök is a heat-elemental, level three Melee-type Combat Art. It costs 3 CP to activate and 6 SP to use.

Shizuka uses this art in the prologue.

Vermillion Echo

Summon the spirit of the dragon and lock enemies in a fierce combo that ends with a fire tornado.

Vermillion Echo is a heat-elemental, level three Melee-type Combat Art. It costs 3 CP to activate and 6 SP to use.

Upon using this art, Lea first performs three explosion strikes forward. Then she engulfs the enemies in an upwards small fire whirl. Then the art is finished with a fierce fire tornado which deals huge damage and inflicts burn effect to its victims.

Vermillion Echo is one of the Combat Arts that deals the highest damage. It is also able to attack multiple enemies if they are very close to each other. The main drawback of this art is that the attack radius is very small, which makes it less effective than Ragnarök when dealing with separated enemies.
