A close relative to the regular Argeby, this specimen prefers to live underground. Usually they have a close connection to intensive points of Ancient power that they are eager to protect. One would think that a plant like this would have difficulties surviving without direct sunlight, but it gets compensated by a high concentration of Track energy and a diet of nutritious cave insects. Also of note is it's ability to sense incoming turret-shots and evade them by teleporting. It can't uphold its shield while doing so, though, so a powerful projectile might disturb it's balance during that period. |

Appearance
A Tunnel Argeby superficially resembles an avarage Argeby. Its head or "bud" is red, with green leaves on its back and a massive jaw. The rest of its body is composed of a brown stem, green leaves around its base and blue berries covering its roots.
Combat
It doesn't chase the player because it follows a set path at a slow speed. When approached, it will attempt to bite them. Like other Tunnel enemies, it spawns with a shield that negates all damage and sends it back to the attacker. If a Neutral turret projectile approaches this enemy, it will evade it by teleporting in place. This disrupts its shield for a few seconds and another hit from any projectile will deactivate it for real.
Strategies
Resistant to Balls as it is, Melee combat is more effective. Since they attack in long intervals, get close to them, Dash away to dodge their bite, and pummel them until they are defeated.
